“Make sure you have the app loaded on your phone! Received rmail that I could click a button to pull up tickets, but you needed the app (I'd ordered the tickets via the web though). Internet is not fast here, so it took a while. Drivers down here work for multiple companies, and I didn't want to get the wrong one and have to pay on top of my pre-paid ticket, but they located it and assigned a driver to us and got us to our lodging successfuly.”
